Arkansas has very limited programs available to help offset the conversion to solar power. Many additional programs, however, are available through the federal government.

Arkansas does have a mandatory program for Green Building Standards for State Facilities, requiring them to be LEED certified.
Additionally, there is a program for interconnection and net metering.
