Solar Insure does not communicate directly with customers. Certified Providers serve as liaisons between Solar Insure and their warrantied customers. When a solar system issue arises, the client will contact their certified provider (installer) directly. If the Certified Provider (installer) is no longer in business or unable to perform the repair work, customers may call Solar Insure directly to explore options such as finding another Local Certified Provider or enrolling in SolarDetect.
