Customer Service Representative

Commercial Lines Insurance Producer
SolarInsure has an opportunity for an eager commercial lines insurance producer with or without a book of business to work with a solid, established support staff.
Job duties include lead generation through cold calling, community involvement, internal referrals, and the development of professional relationships. Upon completion of internal and external training, qualified applicants will have the ability to manage schedules, set appointments with prospective clients, analyze existing exposures, and present alternative solutions to fulfill the needs of prospects and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 5 years of brokerage experience.
- Detail oriented, organized with excellent communication and written skills.
- Self directed, team player who can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Internet and computer skills.
Systems Administrator
The Systems and Network Administrators role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the computer network and all systems and services. This includes running all network hardware, software, and communication links. Also responsible for systems analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance for a complex system of networked computing platforms. This person will also provide networking support for VoIP systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree in Computer Science field and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
- Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards. (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Active Directory)
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
Human Resource Manager
Manage the integration, development and administration of the newly formed Employee Services and Solution Center. Will be responsible for the supervision, mentoring and development of a group of professionals and support staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree with 4+ years of directly related work experience including project lead and management responsibilities.
- Expertise in Federal and California state regulations covering a variety of areas.
- Ability to research, analyze and resolve employee issues, document results and write position papers for review by external agencies including DFEH, EEOC.
Receptionist
We are seeking someone with 1-2 years office experience and advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) with reliable transportation and excellent attendance/punctuality. The qualified candidate will be required to answer a multi-line phone system, operate standard office equipment and provide other administrative support duties.
